• I practice civil litigation with an emphasis on business and contractual disputes and employment
  law. I provide advice and representation with regard to business to business litigation,
  non-compete agreements, severance disputes, and a wide variety of employment law issues.
  
  I am first and foremost a trial attorney, and I am always ready to take a case to trial if it is the best interest of my clients. Most recently, in 2017, I tried a complex construction litigation case as plaintiff's counsel in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The defendants counterclaimed in amounts that far exceeded my client's claims. However, after a four day trial, the jury awarded all of my client's claims in full, and denied all of defendant's counterclaims. I provide the same level of dedication to all my clients, and help them guide them in navigating the decisions between litigating all the way to trial and negotiating a settlement.
  
  As an active civil litigator, I am well acquainted with all of the Northern Virginia and D.C. federal and state courts. I represent businesses and individual clients on all manners of contract litigation, business and personal tort disputes, employment litigation, and collections proceedings.
  
  I am also retained as outside general counsel for a number of companies and organizations.
